MOVEMENT, PHYSICAL FITNESS, SELF-MANAGEMENT. These are the three 'strands' that our content falls under, and there is a lot of content!
Each of the following areas includes a basic explanation of that pattern or skill, for now I will simplify and just list these topic areas:

*Safe Practice *Sportsmanship *Cooperation
*Inclusion *Resolve Conflict *Expression
