New to some students this year is the introduction to a new and effective way to STRETCH! Many Balance poses, Upper Body strengthening, Back muscles incorporated, and that important Core mid-section muscle group!


New to some students this year is the introduction to a new and effective way to STRETCH! Many Balance poses, Upper Body strengthening, Back muscles incorporated, and that important Core mid-section muscle group! We have spent some of our class time learning and practicing these movements with and without the giant fitness ball.
